Experienced Security Project Manager for MDR Engineering

Job Description

CSIS are currently looking for an experienced Security Project Manager to drive projects across our MDR Services. You will be a part of an international environment, where you will work in collaboration with security engineers and sales team, manage projects with customers who are buying our MDR Services.

As an Experienced Security Project Manager, you are a key person in the company. The Experienced Security Project Manager are broadly involved in running CSIS MDR business services, where you are the link between the customer and the various MDR teams, and together with our sales team, take care of the commercial responsibility for customer relations. As Experienced Security Project Manager, you are responsible for not just internal projects, but for ensuring that we at the individual customer create value and long-term relationships within the CSIS MDR Services.

You are excellent at interacting with stakeholders from different cultures and organizational levels, and you can take charge of a group and collaborate with people across boundaries. You are inspiring and motivating and a decisive innovator that strives for continuous improvement. You enjoy leading projects, taking on responsibility, and can thrive in working with a team and independently successfully.

As part of your role, you will get a deep insight in our MDR product portfolio, making it possible for you to assess and implement the right level of security for our customers.
In your work with the projects, you will always have the assistance of a technical consultant or a SME, you should not be the specialist, but a common knowledge about security is an advance.

Your primary responsibility will be:

  • Responsible for driving and scoping projects.
  • Responsible for the dialogue between customer, colleagues and possibly 3rd party suppliers.
  • Responsible for planning and allocate resource of MDR consultants and book their calendar.
  • Responsible for keeping track of internal and external projects.
  • Together with MDR and sales review projects, set milestones, task, deadlines for customer projects.
  • Make sure deadlines and milestones are met on all MDR customer projects.
  • Lead global cross-functional teams with a diverse range of functional areas including Sales and MDR Engineering.
  • Coordinate the analysis of scope changes to schedule & budget and ensure implementation with consistent design integrity.
  • Effectively communicate to Team Manager, Sales Team, and customers on project status.
  • Planning resources, driving status meetings, being point of contact for the MDR Engineering Team teams, managing stakeholder collaboration and providing sparring.
  • Carry out the day-to-day management and control of projects according to contract and based on classic project management virtues.
  • Attend weekly meetings where you present current available capacity and resource status in the MDR Team.
  • Together with the sales team and consultants in MDR prepare a project plan for the implementation of purchased MDR service at the customer.

Essential requirements:

  • Superior Project Management skills and multiple years of Project Management experience are prerequisites.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills are needed.
  • You must be fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Understand Danish is preferred, but not a requirement.
  • You are result-oriented, enterprising, and outgoing.
  • You are creative, innovative, and self-driven person.
  • Good at structuring your time.
  • Flexibility to travel to customers for status meetings.
  • You have least 5 years’ experience as a successful Project Manager
  • You are able to familiarize yourself with and understand the customer's business.

Additional requirements

It would be preferred if you hold a certification in one of the following: Certified Scrum Master, PRINCE2 or PMI PMP Certification.

In addition, it may be an advantage, but not a requirement, if you have knowledge of several of Microsoft's products e.g., Azure, Sentinel, Microsoft defender for endpoint or other similar security products.

This position is currently open in our MDR engineering team, located in Copenhagen, Denmark.

It is a requirement that you can show and uphold a clean criminal record and get approval for security clearance HEM (Denmark)

Relocation to Denmark will be required if you are currently located elsewhere.
