Take charge of our HR and Administration and set the strategic direction for our recruitment, employer branding and onboarding procedures.
CSIS Security Group – rest assured
At CSIS, we apply intellectual curiosity, creative thinking and passion for technology to create groundbreaking cybersecurity solutions. This way, our clients – some of the world’s largest commercial enterprises – can rest easy knowing that their assets, brands and users are well-protected. And with our clear ambition to advance and be the best, we are now looking for you to build our recruitment strategy.
Take our recruitments to the next level
At our headquarters in the heart of Copenhagen, you join over 100 of the brightest minds from more than 26 countries. Here, you will play an essential part in developing our recruitment and employee development strategy. This is where you really get to leave your mark as your work secures that we not only hire the best talents in the business but also the right personalities.
In short: You will create the guidebook for our recruitment strategy and procedures as well as work hands-on with specific recruitments – for both national and international profiles.
Manage our Admin & HR department
You will be responsible for managing 2 finance employees, our HR specialist and our office manager in our Admin and HR department. As each of your employees work very independently, your main objective is to provide structure and employee development to the department as well as become the link between your employees and upper management.
Your key tasks include:
• Daily people management and follow-up in own department
• Defining our employer branding guidelines
• Developing and implementing our new performance management model for employee development, such as career tracks and performance reviews
• Driving the recruitment process, incl. job adverts, handling applications, setting up interviews, screening candidates and overseeing contact with external recruitment agencies
• Assisting the management team with any admin and HR-related issues such as specific recruitments
